I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Cortney Wente. I left email with the company on Sunday regarding Homeowners Insurance. She called me on Monday. We discussed options and she got back to me very quickly . She was very professional and well versed about products offered. I highly recommend The Clausen Agency, and Cortney in particular!

Good broker, to the point, and quick.

This is the second time Sandra Vassallo really went out of her way to make sure I was saving money on my homeowners'. She shopped around for carriers and found me an acceptable ins. co. at a greatly reduced rate, always communicating clearly and promptly. Fantastic. But soon after I made the switch, the 'new' company sent me a 'cancellation notice' because inspection photos revealed I was in the midst of rebuilding an upstairs deck. They gave me a week to send photos of the fully-finished deck. I worked liked a maniac to complete it by the deadline and cut it extremely close. I emailed the photos to Sandra as soon as the deck was done, hoping she was monitoring her email and counting on her taking care of it. I called her to confirm literally FIVE MINUTES after sending the photos. Sandra answered the call and informed me that at that very moment she was already on a live chat reviewing the deck photos with the insurance company, which re-instated the policy. Holy cow! Sandra is highly responsible, especially pleasant, smart, responsive and hard working. A gem.

There needs to be more people like Allison Stines on this planet! I was almost in tears when Allison answered the phone.. I had just received a letter from my bank that I would have to get flood insurance. I had been on the phone for hours with my bank and FEMA trying to figure this all out. When I called Coastal Insurance, Allison answered the phone. I asked her to be patient with me because I was so stressed and she said “Don’t worry, I will take care of everything.” and she did! Allison S at Coastal Insurance / Clausen Agency helped me get a great insurance policy for my home. I consulted multiple agents, and Allison got me the best quotes (good replacement value, low premiums). She was one of the only agents who actually provided quotes from more than one insurance company, and she's highly responsive and worked effectively with my communication preferences. Everything was handled by email with no phone tag. Allison is an honest broker who made sure I communicated home renovation plans to avoid surprises with the insurance company.

Phillip quickly addressed and resolved the issue I presented.

I needed help on two items, and even though Victoria was not our rep, she provided excellent help when our rep wasn't available. Bravo!

First of all, I find it hard to believe that every single review is five stars. I didn’t look at your reviews until after I made a phone call to get a quote on some insurance. I was connected to Courtney who is quite rude. After a few questions, she said to me is this a question session or would you like a quote, I was taken back because no one had ever spoken to me like that. I would not give this agency $.10 worth of my business. I’ve had insurance for 50 years and never have. I’ve been spoken to like that in my entire life. Beware anyone that has all five stars is probably paying their people being their clients to give them the five stars , which is my opinion.

In my 25+ Yrs of driving, I've never encountered someone that is Not only insanely professional yet caring. I feel as if she wears a cape 😆, everything is done perfectly and quickly. She's extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure that she's Always putting her clients needs before anything else.
