I’ve had Coastal insurance for years. When I gad a discrepancy this year with my renewal, I called and spoke to Artis. He was patient and knowledgeable. He made proper notifications and followed up a few days later. He kindly sent me an email and text to assure me that it was all taken care of. I highly recommend and appreciate Artis.

I had 2 very large insurance claims on my home over a five year period resulting in my premium tripling. My existing insurance broker was not very helpful. Good broker, to the point, and quick.

This is the second time Sandra Vassallo really went out of her way to make sure I was saving money on my homeowners'. She shopped around for carriers and found me an acceptable ins. co. at a greatly reduced rate, always communicating clearly and promptly. Fantastic. But soon after I made the switch, the 'new' company sent me a 'cancellation notice' because inspection photos revealed I was in the midst of rebuilding an upstairs deck. They gave me a week to send photos of the fully-finished deck. I worked liked a maniac to complete it by the deadline and cut it extremely close. I emailed the photos to Sandra as soon as the deck was done, hoping she was monitoring her email and counting on her taking care of it. I called her to confirm literally FIVE MINUTES after sending the photos. Sandra answered the call and informed me that at that very moment she was already on a live chat reviewing the deck photos with the insurance company, which re-instated the policy. Holy cow! Sandra is highly responsible, especially pleasant, smart, responsive and hard working. A gem.

I had just received a letter from my bank that I would have to get flood insurance. I had been on the phone for hours with my bank and FEMA trying to figure this all out.
